§ 182. The New York state economic development power allocation board.\nThere is hereby created a New York state economic development power\nallocation board, which shall possess the powers and duties herein\nspecified and all the powers necessary or proper to carry out the\npurposes of this article. The board shall consist of four members, two\nof whom shall be appointed by the governor and one of whom shall be\nappointed by the speaker of the assembly and one of whom shall be\nappointed by the president pro tempore of the senate. Each member shall\nbe appointed for terms of three years or until a successor shall have\nbeen named and qualified. The chairman shall be designated by the\ngovernor from amongst the members.
