§ 116. Office of minority and women's business development; transfer.\nAll the functions and powers possessed by and all the obligations and\nduties of the governor's office of minority and women's business\ndevelopment office, created and established in the executive law\npursuant to and by chapter two hundred sixty-one of the laws of nineteen\nhundred eighty-eight, are hereby transferred and assigned to, assumed by\nand devolved upon the department of economic development.\n
