§ 905. Liability of commissioner of finance and surety for loss of\ncourt and trust funds. The commissioner of finance of the city of New\nYork and his surety or sureties shall be liable in the same manner as\ncounty treasurers are made liable under the provisions of this chapter\nfor the loss of court and trust funds.\n
