  § 904. Court and trust fund register and liability of officers.  The\ncounty clerks of the counties comprising the city of New York shall\nperform the same duties and shall be subject to the same penalties\nimposed by the provisions of this chapter upon other county clerks of\nthe state with relation to court and trust fund registers and the\ndelivery of property or moneys to the commissioner of finance in\npursuance of any judgment, decree or order of a court of record of this\nstate.\n
