§ 359. Public hearing; distribution of tentative budget. Before the\nfinal adoption of the budget, the board of supervisors shall hold a\npublic hearing on the tentative budget with such changes, alterations\nand revisions, as shall have been made therein by such board pursuant to\nsection three hundred fifty-eight. The clerk of the board of supervisors\nshall cause to be printed or otherwise reproduced at least one hundred\ncopies of such tentative budget as so changed, altered and revised, but\nthe board of supervisors, by resolution, may direct that a greater\nnumber of copies be so printed or reproduced. The time when and place\nwhere such hearing shall be held shall be fixed by resolution of the\nboard of supervisors. The clerk of the board of supervisors shall cause\na notice to b
