§ 357. Review of tentative budget.

1.A standing committee of members\nof the board of supervisors shall be designated or created for the\npurpose of reviewing tentative budgets filed with the clerk of such\nboard pursuant to section three hundred fifty-four.\n 2. Upon the filing of the tentative budget with the clerk of the board\nof supervisors the clerk shall transmit forthwith a copy thereof to the\nchairman of the committee designated or created to review the tentative\nbudget. The committee, upon receipt of such copy, shall proceed to\nreview the tentative budget. Within fifteen days after the receipt of\nsuch copy of the tentative budget the committee may file a report with\nthe clerk of the board of supervisors setting forth any proposed\nchanges, alterations or revisions in the
