§ 1509 — Contempt; extension of court's process

§ 1509. Contempt; extension of court's process. In an instance where a\ncontempt of the court has been committed, the court's process or mandate\nrelating to the punishment of the contemptuous person may be served and\nexecuted in any part of the state, and proceedings thereon shall follow\nsupreme court practice.\n
