§ 1502. Transcript of judgment.
(a)Upon application of a\njudgment-creditor the clerk must deliver to him a transcript of the\njudgment. If the judgment is for other than money only, the clerk shall\ninsert in the transcript a brief statement of the nature of the action\nand the relief awarded by the judgment; such statement may be inserted\nunder "remarks" as contained in the form set forth in § 255-c of the\njudiciary law.\n (b) The docketing of the judgment with the clerk of the county, and\nthereafter with other county clerks, shall be governed by the CPLR.\n
