§ 1503. Executions against marshals or sheriffs.
(a)Execution on a\njudgment against a marshal or his sureties shall issue only to the\nsheriff after transcript filed with the county clerk and must be made\nreturnable to said clerk.\n (b) Execution on a judgment against a sheriff shall issue to such\nperson as the same would issue to in supreme court practice on a like\njudgment, and it shall issue only after transcript filed with the county\nclerk and must be made returnable to said clerk.\n
