§ 107 — Penalties
§ 107. Penalties. Notwithstanding the provision of any law to the\ncontrary, the failure to comply with a requirement of this article, or a\nregulation thereunder, may be punishable by a civil penalty of not more\nthan one thousand dollars for a first violation; not more than five\nthousand dollars for a second violation within three years; and not more\nthan ten thousand dollars for a third violation and each subsequent\nviolation thereafter, within three years.\n
