§ 105. Laboratory testing. Every cannabinoid hemp processor shall\ncontract with an independent commercial laboratory to test the hemp\nextract and products produced by the licensed processor. The board shall\nestablish the necessary qualifications or certifications required for\nsuch laboratories used by licensees. The board is authorized to issue\nrules and regulations consistent with this article establishing the\ntesting required, the reporting of testing results and the form for\nreporting such laboratory testing results. The board has authority to\nrequire licensees to submit any cannabinoid hemp, hemp extract or\nproduct derived therefrom, processed or offered for sale within the\nstate, for testing by the board.
