§ 100. Transferability; amendment to license; change in ownership or\ncontrol.

1.Licenses issued under this article are not transferable,\nabsent written consent of the board.\n 2. Upon application of a licensee, a license may be amended to add or\ndelete permitted activities.\n 3. A license shall become void by a change in ownership, substantial\ncorporate change or change of location without prior written approval of\nthe board. The board may make regulations allowing for certain types of\nchanges in ownership without the need for prior written approval.\n
