§ 6019. Powers of supreme court respecting elections. Upon the\npetition of any stockholder aggrieved by an election, and upon notice to\nthe persons declared elected thereat, the corporation and such other\npersons as the court may direct, the supreme court at a special term\nheld within the judicial district where the office of the corporation is\nlocated shall forthwith hear the proofs and allegations of the parties,\nand confirm the election, order a new election, or take such other\naction as justice may require.\n
