§ 6006 — Waivers of notice

§ 6006. Waivers of notice. Notice of meeting need not be given to any\nstockholder who submits a signed waiver of notice, in person or by\nproxy, whether before or after the meeting. The attendance of any\nstockholder at a meeting, in person or by proxy, without protesting\nprior to the conclusion of the meeting the lack of notice of such\nmeeting, shall constitute a waiver of notice by him.\n
