§ 102. Powers of specially chartered trust companies. Every trust\ncompany incorporated by a special law shall possess the powers of trust\ncompanies incorporated under this chapter and shall be subject to such\nprovisions of this chapter as are not inconsistent with the special laws\nrelating to such specially chartered company.\n
