§ 1002. Application.
1.This article applies to every corporation and,\nto the extent herein provided, to every foreign corporation, and shall\nnot apply to any other banking organization, except to such extent, if\nany, as may be specified in any article of this chapter governing such\nbanking organization.\n 2. The general corporation law, the stock corporation law and the\nbusiness corporation law shall not apply to any corporation or foreign\ncorporation as defined in section one thousand one.\n
