§ 71-v. Labeling requirements.
1.The commissioner shall, by\nregulation, require that packaged foreign dairy products be labeled in\nsuch a manner that, at each stage of distribution within this state,\nsuch packaged foreign dairy product will be readily identifiable as\nbeing imported. The commissioner may, to the extent he deems\nappropriate, establish different labeling requirements for packaged\nforeign dairy products:\n a. of different types or classes;\n b. with different types of packaging;\n c. in different stages of distribution; and\n d. intended for delivery to different types or classes of users.\n 2.
