§ 71-h. Vehicles used for transportation of frozen desserts. All\nvehicles used for the transportation and distribution of frozen desserts\nshall be constructed of impervious material capable of being cleaned,\nshall be kept clean and sanitary, shall be so operated as to protect\ntheir contents from contamination, and shall have prominently displayed\nthereon the name and address of the licensee who sells, offers or\nexposes for sale, or holds with intent to sell, such frozen desserts.\n
