§ 71-g. Prohibitions. It shall be unlawful for any person to buy or\nsell any frozen desserts unless all the parties to such purchase or sale\nwho are required to be licensed under the provisions of this article be\nduly licensed in accordance therewith.\n The foregoing prohibition shall not apply\n (1) To any frozen desserts manufactured and sold by a church or a\nreligious organization solely for the benefit of such church or\nreligious organization.\n (2) To any frozen dessert manufactured outside of the state of New\nYork and shipped into and/or through this state to be sold without this\nstate while such frozen dessert constitutes the original unbroken\npackage delivered by the shipper to the carrier at the initial point of\ninterstate shipment.\n No person shall sell, offer fo
