§ 71-u. Definitions. As used in this article:\n 1. The term "commissioner" means the commissioner of agriculture and\nmarkets of the state of New York.\n 2. The term "dairy product" means all milk and milk products defined\nby the definitions and standards of identity promulgated pursuant to\nsection forty-six-a of this chapter and such other food products derived\nfrom milk as the commissioner shall designate by regulation.\n 3. The term "foreign dairy product" means any dairy product produced,\nprocessed or manufactured outside the United States.\n 4. The term "packaged foreign dairy product" means a foreign dairy\nproduct which is enclosed in a container or wrapper (including a\nshipping container or wrapping used for the transportation of such\nproduct in bulk or quantity to manu
