§ 551. Existing rules and regulations continued. The rules and\nregulations now in force and effect, pertaining to any matter within the\njurisdiction of the department, adopted in pursuance of any law, the\nduty of enforcing which is imposed upon the department as provided\nherein, shall continue in full force and effect until they are modified,\namended or repealed as provided by this chapter.\n
