§ 603. County board of elections. There shall be a county board of\nelections to be appointed by the board of supervisors in the manner and\nfor such term as provided by the election law. The county board of\nelections shall continue to have and exercise all functions, powers and\nduties vested in or imposed on boards of elections by any law applicable\nto the county.\n
