§ 107. Advertising and forms of notices of the issuance of licenses.\nEvery person procuring a license hereunder must publish a notice thereof\nas herein provided:\n 1. Where the licensed premises are located in any county other than\nNew York, Kings, Queens or Bronx, notice shall be published once a week\nfor two successive weeks in a daily or weekly newspaper published in the\ncity, town or village in which the licensed premises are located, except\nthat if there shall be no daily or weekly newspaper published in the\ncity, town or village in which the licensed premises are located, then\nsuch notice shall be published in a daily or weekly newspaper published\nin the county in which the licensed premises are located, once a week\nfor two successive weeks. The provisions of this section shall only be\napplicable to the original license issued to the licensee for the\npremises.\n 2. Where the licensed premises are located in the counties of New\nYork, Kings, Queens or Bronx, such notice shall be published once a week\nfor two successive weeks in one daily and one weekly newspaper published\nin the county in which the licensed premises are located. This\nprovision is only applicable to the original license issued to the\nlicensee for the premises.\n 3. The notice to be so published shall be printed in English, in\nsubstantially the following forms:\n (a) Form of notice for manufacturer's license. Notice is hereby given\nthat manufacturer's license (fill in beer, liquor or wine manufacturer\nor rectifier and number) has been issued to the undersigned to\nmanufacture (beer, liquor or wine, as the case may be) under the\nalcoholic beverage control law in the premises located at (fill in\nstreet address, city, town or village and county in which licensed\npremises are located).\n (Name of licensee)\n (Address of licensee)\n (b) Form of notice for wholesaler's license. Notice is hereby given\nthat wholesaler's license (fill in beer, liquor or wine wholesaler and\nlicense number) has been issued to the undersigned to sell (beer, liquor\nor wine, as the case may be) at wholesale under the alcoholic beverage\ncontrol law in the premises located at (fill in street address, city,\ntown or village and county in which licensed premises are located).\n (Name of licensee)\n (Address of licensee)\n (c) Form of notice for off-premises license. Notice is hereby given\nthat license (fill in beer, liquor or wine store and license number) has\nbeen issued to the undersigned to sell (beer, liquor or wine, as the\ncase may be) at retail under the alcoholic beverage control law at (fill\nin street address, city, town or village and county in which licensed\npremises are located) for off-premises consumption.\n (Name of licensee)\n (Address of licensee)\n (d) Form of notice for on-premises license. Notice is hereby given\nthat license (fill in beer, liquor or wine as the case may be, and\nlicense number) has been issued to the undersigned to sell (beer, liquor\nor wine, as the case may be) at retail in a (hotel, club, restaurant,\nvessel, car, or other type of establishment, as the case may be) under\nthe alcoholic beverage control law at (fill in street address, city,\ntown or village and county in which licensed premises are located) for\non-premises consumption.\n (Name of licensee)\n (Address of licensee)\n 4. The first publication of said notice shall be made within fifteen\ndays after the date of issuance of said license and proof of such\npublication, in the form hereinafter set forth, shall be obtained by the\nlicensee and retained by him during the license year.
