Text
1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 640A.165 , 640A.166 and 640A.168 , a person who desires to be licensed by the Board as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant must:
(a)Submit an application to the Board in the manner prescribed by the Board; and
(b)Provide evidence satisfactory to the Board that he or she possesses the qualifications required pursuant to NRS 640A.120 .
2. The application must include all information required to complete the application.
