Text

1. The Board shall:

(a)Enforce the provisions of this chapter and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto;
(b)Prepare and maintain a record of its proceedings, including, without limitation, any administrative proceedings;
(c)Evaluate the qualifications and determine the eligibility of an applicant for a license as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant and, upon payment of the appropriate fee, issue the appropriate license to a qualified applicant;
(d)Adopt regulations establishing standards of practice for persons licensed pursuant to this chapter and any other regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter;
(e)Require a person licensed pursuant to this chapter to submit to the Board such documentation as the Board deems necessary to determin
