Text

1. The Board shall:

(a)Hold at least two meetings a year at the call of the Chair or upon the written request of two or more members.
(b)Elect a Chair at the first regular meeting of each year.
(c)Comply with the provisions of chapter 241 of NRS. 2. A majority of the members of the Board constitutes a quorum.
