1. Any person wishing to practice podiatry in this State must, before beginning to practice, procure from the Board a license to practice podiatry. 2. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 635.066 and 635.0665 , a license to practice podiatry may be issued by the Board to any person who:
(a)Is of good moral character.
(b)Has received the degree of D.P.M., Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, from an accredited school of podiatry.
(c)Has completed a residency approved by the Board.
(d)Has passed the examination given by the National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners.
(e)Has not committed any act described in subsection 2 of NRS 635.130 . For the purposes of this paragraph, an affidavit signed by the applicant stating that the applicant has not committed any act described in subsection 2 of N
