Text

1. A graduate of an accredited school of podiatry may, during his or her residency, be granted a provisional license to practice podiatry under the direct supervision of a podiatric physician licensed to practice in this State. A provisional license must not be effective for more than 1 year and is not renewable. 2. A provisional license to practice podiatry may be issued by the Board to any person who:

(a)Has received the degree of D.P.M., Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, from an accredited school of podiatry.
(b)Has passed the examination given by the National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners. 3. An applicant for a provisional license to practice podiatry must submit to the Board or a committee thereof pursuant to such regulations as the Board may adopt:
(a)The fee for an application
