Text
After adoption of an order of the state board [department] for creation of a new school district or for consolidation of school districts, the state superintendent [secretary] of public instruction shall forthwith cause a copy of such order to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in each county within which any part of the new or consolidated school district may be located. Actions to attack the validity of any such order shall be filed within thirty days from the date of such publication, but not afterwards. Such actions shall be filed in Santa Fe county district court and the state board of education [department] shall be an indispensable party thereto.
