Text
grants and donations. The school shall be governed by a board of at least five members constituted as provided in the school's application for charter. No member of the board shall serve as a member of another charter school. The board shall have such powers and perform such duties as required by state and federal law and the school's charter, including soliciting and receiving gifts, grants and donations to further the purposes of the school and to assist the school in providing free or reduced-fee room and board for those residential students who cannot pay all or part of residential costs.
