Text
Vocational rehabilitation shall be provided to any person who: A. is a resident of the state at the time of filing an application for vocational rehabilitation; and B. qualifies for eligibility under a vocational rehabilitation program established by the state; or C. qualifies for eligibility under the terms of an agreement that the state has with the federal government or with another state.
