7.Any county, municipality or school district may enter into agreements or contracts with the federal government, and may do any or all other things necessary or advisable in connection with any grant or loan of money by the federal government in connection with any public works project. The making and execution of any such agreement or contract may be authorized by resolution of the governing body setting forth such proposed contract in full and such resolution need not be published. (L.1933, c. 428, s. 7, p. 1150.)
