Text
2.It shall be lawful for any county, municipality or school district to apply for and accept grants or loans of money or both from the federal government for carrying out any public works project which such county, municipality or school district may lawfully undertake and to subscribe to and comply with any rules and regulations made by the federal government with respect to any such grants or loans. (L.1933, c. 428, s. 2, p. 1149.)
