§ App.A:3-20 — Application for federal grant for new armories, additions and alterations authorized
1.The quartermaster general for and on behalf of the state of New Jersey is authorized to file application with the federal government for a grant of moneys in an amount not exceeding eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000.00) for the construction of such new armories, and additions and alterations to existing armories, as may be required for the existing national guard and naval militia, or proposed increases therein. (L.1935, c. 152, s. 1, p. 376.)
