Text
11.Any proceedings heretofore taken under any other law by any county, municipality, or school district, relating to the subject matters of this act, may be continued under such other law or under this act, or, at the option of the governing body, may be discontinued and new proceedings instituted. (L.1933, c. 428, s. 11, p. 1152.)
