Text
The State Highway Commissioner, with the approval of the State House Commission, is authorized and empowered for and on behalf of the State of New Jersey to make all applications necessary in order for the said State to receive the benefits of any funds to be expended by the Works Progress Administration or of any other funds that may be provided by the United States Government for the employment of those on relief, where such funds are to be spent upon the roads and bridges of the State highway system or upon any county or municipal road. L.1938, c. 10, p. 40, s. 1, eff. Feb. 25, 1938.
