Text

1.The quartermaster general is hereby authorized upon the receipt of any grant of moneys from the federal government and/or grants from any source for the purpose of armory construction, alteration or additions, to transfer or otherwise combine all state appropriations, or balances thereof, made under any laws of the state together with such grants for construction, alterations and additions to armories, and for services in connection therewith, in order that the total appropriations and grants made for this purpose shall be treated as one sum and used for the combined armory project; notwithstanding certain definite restrictions which may be imposed on the use of these moneys by the aforesaid acts; and provided further, that the amounts appropriated in the aforesaid acts are not increase
