Text
2.The quartermaster general shall be authorized upon receipt of a grant or grants for this purpose to utilize existing sites for such new buildings and additions to existing buildings; and shall be authorized to employ appropriations when made for this specific purpose for the engineering and architectural services, supervision and administration necessary in the construction of such new buildings and additions and alterations of existing buildings. (L.1935, c. 167, s. 2, p. 398.)
