New Jersey·Title 9 CHILDREN--JUVENILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURTS
12.This act shall be subject to the provisions of the "State Agency Transfer Act," P.L.1971, c.375 (C.52:14D-1 et seq.), except as may otherwise be provided under this act. L.2006, c.47, s.12.
