§ 9:3A-1 — Short title.
New Jersey·Title 9 CHILDREN--JUVENILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURTS
1.Sections 2 through 15 of this act shall be known and may be cited as the "Department of Children and Families Act." L.2006, c.47, s.1.
