§ 59:2-9 — Slander of title
New Jersey·Title 59 CLAIMS AGAINST PUBLIC ENTITIES
A public entity is not liable for its acts or omissions resulting in a slander on the title of any property. L.1972, c. 45, s. 59:2-9.
