Text
The State Treasurer and the Attorney General shall have the power to set annual fees and charges payable by the authority, commission or agency for coverage and fix monetary limits on the extent of coverage to be afforded an authority, commission or agency and its employees shall cooperate with the Attorney General in the defense of all covered claims. The Attorney General shall have the exclusive right to control all such litigation. L. 1987, c. 278, s. 4.
