§ 59:10-6 — Limitations
New Jersey·Title 59 CLAIMS AGAINST PUBLIC ENTITIES
Coverage afforded pursuant to this supplementary act shall provide indemnification for awards within the limitations of the "New Jersey Tort Claims Act." L. 1987, c. 278, s. 2.
