4.The board so appointed shall be designated and known as the "State Well Drillers and Pump Installers Examining and Advisory Board." Each member of the board, except those who are employees of the department, shall receive actual and necessary expenses, such charges to be approved by the commissioner and paid from monies in the "Environmental Services Fund" established pursuant to section 5 of P.L.1975, c.232 (C.13:1D-33), as are appropriated to the department for this purpose.
