9.
a.Any operation on the drilling, boring, coring, driving, jetting, digging, sealing or other construction or repair of wells shall be under the immediate on-site supervision of a licensed well driller of the proper class, and the name of the well drilling contractor shall be displayed on the equipment used by such driller.
b.Any installation, removal, alteration, or repair of well pumping equipment or appurtenances shall be under the immediate on-site supervision of a licensed pump installer or a licensed well driller, and the name of the pump installing contractor or well drilling contractor shall be displayed on the equipment used in the installation, removal, alteration or repair.
c.Nothing in P.L.1947, c.377 (C.58:4A-5 et seq.) shall be construed as applying to the drilling of bl
