1.The commissioner shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), as may be necessary to effectuate the provisions of P.L.1947, c.377 (C.58:4A-5 et seq.), including construction and other standards applicable to engaging in well drilling and pump installing. L.1947,c.377,s.1; amended 1968,c.308,s.1; 1979,c.398,s.2; 1995,c.312,s.6.
