Text
The commissioner shall promulgate an adequate plan for the provision of safe drinking water under emergency circumstances. When, in the judgment of the commissioner, emergency circumstances exist in the State with respect to a need for safe drinking water, he may take such actions, including the issuance of orders, as he may deem necessary in order to provide such water where it otherwise would not be available. L.1977, c. 224, s. 7, eff. Sept. 17, 1977.
