§ 58:12A-19 — Annual report
New Jersey·Title 58 WATERS AND WATER SUPPLY
The commissioner shall make an annual report to the Legislature and the Governor and to the Chairmen of the Senate Energy and Environment Committee and General Assembly Agriculture and Environment Committee, or their successors, which shall summarize and analyze the results and effects of the testing program mandated by this amendatory and supplementary act, and make any recommendations concerning the "Safe Drinking Water Act" deemed appropriate. This report shall be due on October 1, 1984 and annually thereafter. L.1983, c. 443, s. 9, eff. Jan. 9, 1984.
