§ 58:12A-36 — Staffing for DEP
New Jersey·Title 58 WATERS AND WATER SUPPLY
11.The Department of Environmental Protection shall hire, pursuant to Title 11A (Civil Service) of the New Jersey Statutes, a sufficient number of new employees as may be deemed necessary by the department to implement this act. L.2001,c.40,s.11.
