Text
The commissioner may, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedures Act" P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), adopt rules and regulations for the preparation and adoption of areawide plans by the areawide planning agencies and in order to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1977, c. 75, s. 9, eff. April 25, 1977.
